How long does it take?
Most creations are ready in 1 to 3 minutes. Larger or higher-resolution jobs can take a little longer.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, reasonably well-lit photos give the best results, but The Light We Kept handles phone pictures and old scanned prints too. For the "wish you were here" feature, a clear photo of the person's face works best.
Is the memorial feature respectful?
Yes. It's built as a gentle tribute. You can choose a natural look or a soft "spirit" style, and you only ever use photos you own and have the right to use.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to create your keepsake. They aren't sold or shared, and you can request deletion at any time.
Can photographers resell this?
Yes. The photographer plan is white-label and built for reselling — set your own prices and offer it to your couples under your own brand.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
